The subject line read: Having Model Looks.

Inside was a textbox saying "Unsub," and beneath that, the following words of wisdom:

clay bimetallism slurp haberdashery intestate = genetic meat turnery blow syllabi onto = authenticate feminine engineer davidson floridian footnote = parisian glean contrition spare rebellion hutchinson = bullock rutabaga phone ditzel catchword doorman = turtleneck transference accelerometer memphis oregano annoy = canadian homicide auctioneer threw herdsman clifford = authoritative befall guthrie moreover cursory contrast = ponderous adipic staley smudgy mesenteric sheet = hallucinate cashew bronx vacuolate decadent materiel

Damn, I wish I could write like that.

Sheesh. That's even better wordsmithing than Syd Barrett (founding member of Pink Floyd) at his pinnacle.

I still think the best spam is the "Dimensional Warp Generator Needed" ones, especially the ones with actual coordinates in them!

The one you got is randomly generated, as I'm sure you can figure out. I'd look for "webbugs" or other ways that they can use to verify you read the email and, of course, never use the "Unsub" link.

Hallucinate cashew Bronx!

Alas, I didn't...a friend did and sent it to me; it was the first of these I had ever seen. The rest had placeholders which, of course, makes them useless! How will I know where to drop it off??

Here it is:

Latitude N 42.48018 & Longitude W 071.15503 and the Elevation is 96.

That location is Woburn, it turns out. I used to live on the other side of Woburn.

Check out the link at Museum of Hoaxes.

Or don't. I'd gotten that email thrice in my life and I wondered what was up with it.
