From last night's yoga class.

Fill your cup to the brim and it will overflow.
Keep sharpening your knife and it will blunt.
Chase after money and success and your heart will never unclench.
Seek the approval of others and you will be their prisoner.
Do your work and then step back.
This is the only path to serenity.
