Gratitude

The abundance of fresh and nutritious and amazing food to which I have access. Tonight's dinner involved grazing on When Pigs Fly sourdough bread, organic ham, raw cheddar cheese, lemon and garlic olives, farm share tatsoi, and tomatoes fresh from our garden. Served with organic, sulfite-free wine - not bad, not bad at all.

Batman Begins, the accompanying entertainment, also roundly failed to suck.

Question: have you been able to find any sulfite-free wine besides the Well Red from Trader Joe's? I can't have sulfites and miss having wine. In particular, I wish I could find a sulfite-free white wine.

What I had last night was "Our Daily Red," which is from the same people as the Well Red.

Frey makes an organic, sulfite-free white, but I can't speak for it. I know the River St. Whole Foods carries it; give it a try!
