They’ve taken down the ice tower, and the penguins don’t come to the ball anymore. Yes, the quality of entertainment has decreased significantly. Maybe because it’s getting dark so early now. Soon it’ll be dark all day, I reckon. The seals told me, though, that that’s when the aurora dance.

For now, I must be content with my breath dancing against the air, the singing the wind makes through the cavern.

I haven’t eaten anything since this morning, and I could be wrong, but I think my little toe just fell off.

Perhaps the thing to do is turn in.

From T@F's president:

We're putting the finishing touches on Theatre @ First's production of
Shakespeare's "Much Ado About Nothing" in April, and we could use your
help before the performances as

Greeter - welcome people at the door
Usher - hands out programs
Box office - sells tickets
Concessions - sells candy and sodas (also works intermission)

Please email Beckie at bex77@comcast.net with three items:
A. your name
B. date of show you can work (April 4, 5, 11, 12)
C. Job you prefer (if any)

You need to arrive 45 minutes prior to the show.
All these shows start at 8 pm.

Volunteers get to see the entire show, for FREE.

Please respond soon, as we only have a few slots left.

Thanks!

Tomorrow is always coming, and yesterday is always gone. So I try to live in the now. Counting the days, anyway, never did anyone any good.

In the now, I bench press 250. I can run tirelessly, so that it might be an hour I’ve taken, or a day. I’ve read Chaucer and Milton and Shakespeare, but now I read Dickens, I read Ellison, I read Emerson. Steinbeck is next on my stack, but that’s tomorrow. I’ll think about that then.

I can’t take back what I’ve done. And they won’t ever let me out. Now is all that matters.

Thanks, everyone, for helping me think better about the whole gender issue wrt my character, Conrade. I went with the facial hair today - played around with spirit gum and crepe hair - and it felt so right. I think it'll look a lot more natural under the stage lighting than the makeup would have.

I got my 5.11 Tactical dress uniform pants the other day, and just wearing them has helped change my carriage considerably. I am considering stuffing my pants, but the pants alone actually are helping me walk right, and I don't think I actually need it. (I have ethereal equipment anyway.;)

Any advice on binding would be appreciated; I got a 6" Ace bandage and that did okay, but I'd still like to make them go kind of out and up, so as to simulate pecs...trouble is, any binding just seems to create a flat uni-boob. Thoughts?

Finally, on the topic, just wanted to share this for anyone who hasn't seen it...oh gods, the hotness.
