I'm doing great - I'm right on target at 13,334 words. And I don't have a 9-5 job or a show. :) So I've got all kinds of time. Doesn't mean I'm using it productively, but having a daily commitment to write a certain amount is great for me.

Indeed. I'm not sure I'll do another 5K day, but today I set a more reasonable goal and met it before I even left the office. (Yeah, work is a bit slow. :)

I also do 10 minute "sprints" which I find very useful.

It's not a *secret*, really, though I don't much like to talk about what's going on in my work until I've really got a good handle on it.
